Welcome to FIF

Thank you for your interest in attending FIF Church. We hope we get the opportunity to fellowship with you in person.

We know attending a church for the first time can be challenging and a cause for fear. We hope we can answer some of the questions you may have before joining our congregation for our weekly service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each Sunday, we meet inside of our church sanctuary. As a new visitor, you may be greeted by members introducing you to the church and helping you find your seat. We begin each service with prayer and worship, followed by the sermon led by our pastor. Each week, we participate in communion, using individually packaged elements (bread wafer and grape juice symbolizing the body and blood of Christ), then finish our service and prayer. We encourage fellowship with one another after service, but recommend social distancing practices.

Our service starts at 1:30 P.M. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to find a space in our parking lot and get situated. At this time, we are transitioning to meeting indoors in our church sanctuary, limiting our seating arrangement to 2-4 people per household in the same row. We ask that you please comply with our seating arrangements.

Our worship consists of contemporary, gospel-focused worship music and traditional hymns performed with various instruments from our music ministry. Our congregation is encouraged to join us in worship by standing, singing, and expressing this moment of praise to God.

Kids of all ages are invited to join us. Typically, we have a children’s room available for those ages 0-10. Unfortunately, it is closed at this time due to COVID-19. Children ages 11-18 (middle school and high school) are invited to our youth Sunday School meetings.

If you’re interested in giving or donating to FIF, we have tithing boxes located at the back of the sanctuary, visible upon entrance. These boxes are present every week, but if you prefer to give online, you can use Venmo and safely tithe to @FIFchurch.

We participate in communion on a weekly basis during our Sunday service. Due to COVID-19, members and visitors are encouraged to pick up their own individually wrapped elements (bread wafer and juice) at the entrance of the church. We observe this sacrament as a remembrance of what Christ did on the cross, offering his body and blood.
